1. About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed through caneles.hk, operated by Antonin Catering (“we”, “us”), Unit 4A Fung Nin Industrial Building, 7–13 Beech Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products
Our canelés are handmade fresh in small batches. Photos are representative; slight variations in shape and colour are natural to handcrafted pastry. Allergen information is available on request — please contact us before ordering if you have allergies.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.
4. Delivery and pickup
We deliver within Hong Kong only. Delivery timing and fees: [TO CONFIRM — Bertrand: fees / free threshold / lead time]. Pickup from our Tai Kok Tsui kitchen is available by arrangement. Someone must be available to receive the delivery; we are not liable for spoilage when nobody can receive a perishable order at the agreed time.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Because our products are fresh food made to order: cancellations are accepted up to [TO CONFIRM — Bertrand: e.g. 24/48h] before the agreed delivery/pickup time. Refunds for quality issues are handled case by case — contact us with photos within 24 hours of receipt.
